A Training program on “Conduct Discipline & Appeal Rules” is organised at DMRA for Dy. HODs every month. The program has been designed with the broader perspective of equipping DMRC executives with necessary knowledge to handle day- to-day disciplinary cases effectively.

DMRA starts Inter-departmental training for executives

In order to develop an insight of interdepartmental systems/procedures, broaden horizons, build a strong base and to enhance capability of executives, DMRA started Inter-departmental training of executives. Special modules of around one-week duration were prepared for this training.

Foundation Training Programme for Assistant Managers

On 25th Aug, 2021, Dr.Mangu Singh, MD/DMRC, interacted with 35 newly recruited Assistant Managers of DMRC undergoing induction training at DMRA. The interactive session was an enriching experience for the young executives. The inspirational words of Hon’ble MD will go a long way in motivating these budding executives towards achieving organizational goals and objectives with vigour & commitment.

Prior to the interaction with the Managing Director, all DMRC Directors had also interacted with the trainees. This will help in realigning these executives with the work ethos and work culture of the organization.

Conduct Of First Training Batch For Foundation Of Executives Joined On Lateral Basis

With a view to inculcate basic understanding of working in DMRC and to give an overview of various systems, HR policies, Finance, etc. to the officers joining through lateral entry, a 5-days training program was organised from 8-12 March 2021. The program was attended by 20 executives who appreciated the initiative and gave encouraging feedback. .

Foundation Training Programme for Assistant Managers

DMRC Training Institute organised two “Foundation Training Programme for Assistant Managers” for newly recruited Assistant Managers from 08 May 2019 to 28 May 2019 and 14 Jun. 2019 to 03 Jul. 2019. During the program, participants were given overview on various systems and procedures in classroom sessions and field visits. The program included one-day training session on Leadership & Management by specialist faculty (external). The training program received encouraging feedbacks from the participants.

The program included interaction with MD and Directors and one-day training session on Leadership & Management by specialist faculty (external). The training program received encouraging feedbacks from the participants.

Foundation Training Programme

A week long Foundation Training Programme was conducted by DMRC Training Institute for Dy. HoDs of Mumbai Metro Rail Corp Ltd. from 24th April 2017 to 29th April 2017. The training program included classroom sessions & field visits and received encouraging feedbacks from the participants.

AM Foundation Training Programme for Assistant Managers

DMRC Training Institute organised three batches of “AM Foundation Training Programme for Assistant Managers” for newly promoted/recruited Assistant Managers from 21st Nov. 2016 to 09th Dec. 2016, from 08th Dec. 2016 to 28th Dec. 2016 and from 09th Jan. 2017 to 27th Jan. 2017. During the program, participants were given overview on various systems and procedures in classroom sessions and field visits. The program included two days training sessions on Finance & HR by faculty from IIM, Kolkata in first two batches and from MDI, Gurugram in third batch.

Training Program for newly promoted Dy. HODs

DMRC Training Institute organised a training program for newly promoted Dy. HODs of various departments of DMRC. The training schedule was of two weeks from 07th Sept. 2015 to 19th Sept. 2015 that included classroom sessions as well as field visits. The training program received encouraging feedbacks from the participants.

Foundation Training Programme

Foundation Training for Assistant managers of Civil & Finance wings was organised from 15th to 29th Dec. 2014 at DMRC Training Institute, Shastri Park. Nineteen nos. of participants attended the training and gave encouraging feedbacks to the programme.

DMRC Training Institute conducted 1 week (six days) Foundation Training on Rolling Stock for 12 Nos. of participants from Cyient Ltd., from 21st July, 2014 to 26th July, 2014. The training included classroom sessions and field visits.
