S&T-RS Interface Training:
With an objective to resolve joint failure issues and develop an
insight of other department, their systems/procedures, broaden
horizons and to enhance capability of executives, S&T and RS
departments at DMRA have started interface training of executives.
Special module of one-week duration containing lectures, field
visits and various case studies is prepared and imparted during this
training.

at DMRA
A Training program on “Conduct
Discipline & Appeal Rules” is
organised at DMRA for Dy. HODs every
month. The program has been designed
with the broader perspective of
equipping DMRC executives with
necessary knowledge to handle day-
to-day disciplinary cases
effectively.

DMRA starts Inter-departmental
training for executives
In order to develop an insight of
interdepartmental
systems/procedures, broaden
horizons, build a strong base and to
enhance capability of executives,
DMRA started Inter-departmental
training of executives. Special
modules of around one-week duration
were prepared for this training.

Foundation Training Programme for
Assistant Managers
On 25th Aug, 2021, Dr.Mangu Singh,
MD/DMRC, interacted with 35 newly
recruited Assistant Managers of DMRC
undergoing induction training at
DMRA. The interactive session was an
enriching experience for the young
executives. The inspirational words
of Hon’ble MD will go a long way in
motivating these budding executives
towards achieving organizational
goals and objectives with vigour &
commitment.
Prior to the interaction with the
Managing Director, all DMRC
Directors had also interacted with
the trainees. This will help in
realigning these executives with the
work ethos and work culture of the
organization.

Conduct Of First Training Batch For
Foundation Of Executives Joined On
Lateral Basis
With a view to inculcate basic
understanding of working in DMRC and
to give an overview of various
systems, HR policies, Finance, etc.
to the officers joining through
lateral entry, a 5-days training
program was organised from 8-12
March 2021. The program was attended
by 20 executives who appreciated the
initiative and gave encouraging
feedback.

DMRC Training Institute conducted 1
week (six days) Foundation Training
on Rolling Stock for 12 Nos. of
participants from Cyient Ltd., from
21st July, 2014 to 26th July, 2014.
The training included classroom
sessions and field visits.
