Training Management System (TMS) is a customized centralized software application installed in server maintained in the Academy, used by admins and faculties for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of training programs including other functions like attendance, feedbacks, asset management, finance management etc. It is also being used to identify training and learning gaps, utilizing analytical data and reporting, improve trainees’ achievements, and ensure accountability
