Being a torch bearer in Metro Operations in India, DMRC Shares its expertise with other upcoming and existing metro systems in India and abroad. In this direction the academy conducts the following MDPs to benefit individuals/organizations:

1. MDP on Strategic and Project Management

The basic objective of MDP on Strategic and Project Management is to make the participants aware of the unique management strategies adopted by Delhi Metro, to enhance their understanding of Project Planning, Execution & Control and to develop an insight into Financial Management Models and Project Quality Management.
The program has been designed for organizations/individuals associated with Project Management/ Project Quality Management; upcoming & existing metros and those associated with metro projects; and managers looking to hone their managerial skills with regards to planning, execution, monitoring & control of successful projects.

2. MDP on Rail based urban transportation

The objective of MDP on Rail based urban transportations to make the participants understand the need for rail based MRTS in urban transportation and to enhance their knowledge with regards to planning, network design, PPP, and other operational fundamentals of MRTS.
The program has been designed for operators, regulators and managers in urban transport sector and other aspirants seeking to know about urban transportation.
