DMRA has augmented its training capabilities manifold by enhancing infrastructure and faculty, reviewing training modules, and introducing e-learning. To reinforce this effort, Operations Demonstration Room has been set up at Block-A, DMRA by the Faculty of Operations Department.

Operations Demonstration Room (ODR) has been developed to showcase the Station Management concept through practical demonstration like working in Station Control Room (SCR), Customer Care Centre (CCC) & Platform Supervisor Booth (PSB) for better learning engagement. To provide better theoretical & practical exposure, various equipment, panels and workstations have been installed for demonstration. For better familiarization of records available at station, various documents and registers are provided in the demonstration room for hands on practice on how to use them.

A large Interactive LED panel is also available to provide video based training which enables playing various formats of office files, multimedia files along with facility of annotation of running video files/animations which reinforces the efforts of faculty to explain the complex concepts and process in more effective manner.
